SCA is offering FREE classes for boys interested in dance. Our boys only class does more than teach male-specific steps. Ballet improves your balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. Each of these benefits will enhance physical performance across the board — including in other sports. Fast ballet footwork can help with soccer, basketball, or football. Agility and strength will help prevent injury. And endurance is key to making it through ballet class as well as overtime. If you know a boy who is always moving to the music, let us know because this might be the class for him!
